In order to know how to help you achieve your goals, we must first understand where you currently are. During an online Zoom consultation, you'll answer a wide range of questions about your habits, energy, diet, health history and more. Should you opt for our Functional Medical testing, we arrange your blood test and you will undertake an additional results review session with our Nurse.
Without resetting metabolic health, there will always be a roadblock to you achieving your shape and health goals. It is also the phase where you'll find that cravings for carbs or sweet foods/drinks finally become much easier to manage, Most clients wear a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) during this phase, but that's optional. Most women spend between 10 and 20 days in this phase.
Once you've reset your metabolic health - which helps you to burn body fat much more easily - you begin a personalised programme of nutrition, exercise and wellness strategies, including supporting sleep and managing stress more effectively. This programme is highly attuned to the individual, no two programmes are the same. You'll meet and connect with your coach throughout until you reach your goal.
